What Our SAP Business One Clients Say

Manufacturers, engineering firms and pharma companies on working with Silver Touch, from implementation to go-live.

We have implemented the SAP Business One solution in our organization and we have started getting benefits from SAP System. We would like to express our appreciation for the hard work and dedication exhibited by Silver Touch team during our SAP implementation. It was an absolute pleasure working with Team STTL. We have implemented the complete business functions in our company. We tried to shorten the implementation schedule and I do not think we would have been successful if it had not been for STTL team. Their knowledge of both Manufacturing functions as well other business functions provided the much needed expertise in keeping us within our timelines. STTL team was very much dedicated and extremely helpful right through the implementation process. I would highly recommend STTL Team to any customer you may deal with in the future.

The entire project was completed within a record time of 1.5 months. This could only have been possible with the help of Silver Touch SAP team. Firstly, I want to thank SAP Implementation team – Mr. Samirbhai, Mr. Gaurav and Business Development Team – Mr. Anuj for their knowledge of the product, in helping us customise SAP B1 to our needs and also making sure the Licenses and Server were arranged in time for us to complete this project as fast as we could. They were also very hospitable to us during our stay in Ahmedabad. I also want to thank Mr. Mineshbhai (Silver Touch Director) and Vijaybhai (Silver Touch Director – SAP) for making this proposal economically viable for us and for constantly checking in with us on the progress of the project. Thank you once again everyone, I look forward to a long term business relationship with Silvertouch.

Hello I am Nilesh Yogi-Executive Director of Dhruvi Road Equipment Pvt Ltd located in Mehsana, Gujarat. We are into manufacturing of road construction machineries. Our major products include Hydro Static sensor paver, Drum Mix plant, wet mix plant, mechanical paver finisher, bitumen pressure distributor, road broom etc. We have implemented SAP Business One ERP solution through Silver Touch Technologies Ltd. SAP B1 has helped us in streamlining our business processes and systemizing our controls. The best benefit that this system has given us is that we are able to track the transaction of each and every item that goes out or comes in the factory without fail. This system has also helped us in maintaining our Inventory and production processes properly along with other business functions such as finance, purchase, service etc. In our earlier system managing all these functions in a single system was not possible. Silver Touch consultants were very supportive & they helped us adopting the system in a proper manner. They have trained us in such a way that we are able to use the SAP system in an effective manner. We appreciate the hard work, patience & support of Silver Touch team.
